Question 1

Is the site visit really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No charge, no obligation. You get a plan and a price; you decide.

Question 2

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Most balconies in 1 day. Terraces and rooftops in 2–3 days.

Question 3

What if my society has rules?

Accepted Answer

We check them before designing and handle the approvals.

Question 4

I'm renting. Can I still do this?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No drilling. When you move, we shift and refit it.

Question 5

What if the plants die?

Accepted Answer

Under a Care plan, we replace them free. Without one, we give you a care guide and are a WhatsApp away.

Question 6

My balcony is tiny. Is it worth it?

Accepted Answer

Most balconies we do are 4 to 6 feet deep. A railing planter, two floor planters, one chair and a light make a room out of that. From ₹9,999.

Question 7

It's west-facing and brutal in May. What survives?

Accepted Answer

Plenty: bougainvillea, adenium, portulaca, snake plant, ZZ, aloe, lemongrass. We pick for your exact light at the visit, and add shade cloth if needed.

Question 8

Will there be mess or noise?

Accepted Answer

Very little. Nothing is drilled or cut on site. Deck tiles interlock, planters are pre-potted, and we leave the balcony swept.

Question 9

Do I pay everything upfront?

Accepted Answer

Half to confirm the date, half on the day we hand over. For terraces and rooftops, a third at each stage.

Question 10

What's not included in the starting price?

Accepted Answer

Anything structural (waterproofing, grills, mesh), electrical points, and furniture beyond what's listed. If you want them, they appear as their own lines on the quote so you can say yes or no.

Question 11

Is there a warranty on the deck and lights?

Accepted Answer

Thirty days on workmanship: if a tile lifts, a light fails or a planter leaks, we fix it free. Plants are covered under Care.
