What we collect, and why.

What we collect

When you book a site visit, take the quiz, request a plant check-up or message us, we collect your name, mobile number, the type of space you have and, if you choose one, the look you're interested in. If you send a photo of your space on WhatsApp, we keep that photo to plan your visit.

We also record which page and which button the request came from, and any campaign tags in the link you arrived on, so we know what's working.

How we use it

To call you back, visit your space, send you a preview and a quote, and, if you go ahead, to build and care for your space. We don't sell your details, and we don't send marketing messages you didn't ask for.

Where it's stored

Leads are stored in our customer management system, run by Xenotix Labs, on Google Cloud servers. Only Good Theory staff who need to contact you can see them.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. Your browser may remember a few things to make the site work, such as a closed pop-up.

Your choices

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 93405 80973 or email hello@goodtheory.in to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll do it within seven days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will. Anything that changes how we use your details, we'll tell you directly.
