Gurugram, Haryana
From DLF Phase 1 to the Dwarka Expressway: a designer visits free, you get one itemised price, and most balconies are done in a day.

How it works here
Gurugram is a city of balconies. High-rise decks on Golf Course Road, deep sit-outs on the Sohna Road towers, independent floors with a terrace each, and villas with a strip of lawn that nobody has time for. They share the same problems: dust from the expressway and the next construction site, hard bore water, pigeons, a May sun that cooks anything in a black plastic pot, and a society rulebook about what can hang where.
We design around all of that. A designer comes to your home, free, and checks the light, the wind at your floor, the drainage and your RWA's rules before suggesting anything. You get a visual preview and one itemised price. Our own crew installs it, usually in a day for a balcony and two to three for a terrace, without drilling, so it moves with you. Then, if you want, Good Theory Care keeps it alive for a monthly fee.
