How a project works, in plain words.

The free visit

A site visit costs nothing and commits you to nothing. A designer measures your space, checks the light and your society's rules, and sends you a visual preview and an itemised quote.

The quote

The quote lists every item and its price. Once you accept it, that is the price you pay. If you add something later, it's added as its own line and agreed before we buy it. Starting prices shown on this site are minimums for a typical small space; your quote depends on size and what you choose.

Payment

For balconies: half to confirm the install date, half on handover. For terraces and rooftops: a third on confirmation, a third when materials arrive, a third on handover. We accept UPI and bank transfer, and you get an invoice for each payment.

Changing your mind

Before we've bought materials, you can cancel and the confirmation payment is refunded in full. After materials are bought, we refund everything except the cost of items we can't return, which we'll list.

What's covered

Workmanship is covered for 30 days after install: a tile that lifts, a light that fails, a planter that leaks, we fix free. Plants are covered under a Care plan. Damage from storms, pets, building work or a missed watering between Care visits isn't covered, but we'll always help put it right at cost.

Your society

We check your RWA's rules before designing and handle approvals where needed. Nothing we install is drilled into walls or fixed to the building. If your society later asks for something to be moved, we'll do it at cost.

Good Theory Care

Care is a monthly plan from ₹999, priced by the size of your space after a free check-up. It's billed monthly in advance. You can pause or cancel before any scheduled visit by messaging us; nothing more is charged after that. Plants that fail under an active plan are replaced free on the next visit.

Photos of your space

We may photograph the finished space for our own records. We only publish a photo on this site or on social media with your written OK, and never with your address.
