We give city homes one more room.
Most city balconies hold a washing machine, a drying stand and three dead plants. We design, build and care for balconies, terraces, rooftops and courtyards, so you get a room you actually use. Starting in Delhi NCR.
Why we started
Fixing a balcony shouldn't take four contractors.
Nursery, carpenter, electrician, flooring guy, each on a different day, each with a quote that grows. We started Good Theory to put all of that in one team, with one plan and one honest price.

Our crew installs plants, planters, flooring, lighting and seating, usually in a day. Nothing goes into your walls, so it moves with you. Then Care visits, seasonal refreshes and free replacements keep it looking like day one.

You'll work directly with Zubair to shape a space around your home, your routine and the way you want to use it.
A horticulture and landscaping professional with over 20 years of experience, holding a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Agriculture from Agra University and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) Horticulture (Landscaping) from SHUATS.
We're starting in Gurugram and growing across Delhi NCR, one thoughtfully designed space at a time.
Good Theory Care
We don't disappear after install.
Scheduled visits, four seasonal refreshes a year, and any plant that fails under Care replaced free. From ₹999 a month, and you can pause before any visit.
