Gurugram · Sector 65, Golf Course Extension Road
Nineteen buildings raised three storeys above a 9-hole course. The decks are wide and the view is green already; we make the balcony match it.

What we know
M3M Golf Estate, Sector 65 on Golf Course Extension Road, is nineteen residential buildings of six to forty-two storeys, built by L&T on a podium three storeys high so the golf landscaping and the driveways run underneath. The homes are big, 3 to 5 BHK from around 2,900 to 5,900 sq ft across Fairway East, Fairway West, Lattitude and Altitude, and the balconies are big to match. Most look over the 9-hole course or the central greens, with Trump Towers and the rest of Sector 65 rising around them.
A balcony here has a different problem from most of Gurugram: it already has a green view, so the garden has to add to it rather than compete. Wide decks want zones, not a row of pots: somewhere to sit, somewhere to eat, something tall to break the wind on the open side. And Golf Course Extension Road is still a construction corridor, so the dust that settles on the leaves is part of the plan too.
Your space
Every plan starts with a free visit. These are the ideas we usually bring.
A long deck becomes three rooms: a breakfast corner by the kitchen door, a lounge facing the course, and a green wall of tall planters on the windy end so the middle stays calm.
Herbs, chillies, cherry tomatoes and lemongrass in deep troughs where the morning sun lands. Picked before dinner, watered by drip.
Teak deck tiles underfoot, two or three lamps on a timer and a bench with storage. The course is lit at night; the balcony should be too.
Plants that last here
Golf Course Extension Road is lined with sites, so leaves dull quickly. We pick glossy, washable foliage (rubber plant, philodendron, areca) over fuzzy leaves, and a hose-down is part of every Care visit.
The course side is open, so the upper floors get a steady wind. Tall plants go in heavy planters against the wall; bamboo and grasses do the breaking so the lounge zone sits in a lee.
A deck that gets six hours of sun can grow almost anything, but only if it is watered daily. We put drip lines on a timer from day one, so the garden does not depend on who remembers.
Society water here is usually hard. A free-draining mix, slow-release feed and a monthly flush keep the salts from building up in deep planters.
Society rules
No published balcony rules for M3M Golf Estate that we could find, so we check with your tower's RWA before the visit. We do not drill, nothing hangs outside the railing, drip lines run inside the planters, and every planter sits on a tray.

Questions
With zones. A deck that long is three small rooms, not one big shelf: somewhere to eat near the kitchen door, somewhere to sit facing the course, and planting that breaks the wind at the open end. The designer sketches the zones at the free visit and prices each one, so you can do it in stages.
Free site visit
Three details and a designer calls back within the hour, Mon–Sat, to fix a time. The visit is free and you are not committing to anything.
