Ghaziabad · Aditya World City, Shahpur Bamheta
New towers at Park Town, Aditya World City, with balconies that run to a few hundred square feet on the plans. A blank slate, if you plan it before the furniture arrives.

What we know
VVIP Namah is VVIP Group's newer project at Park Town, Aditya World City in Shahpur Bamheta, Ghaziabad, a short way off NH-24 and about a kilometre from the Delhi–Meerut Expressway. It is 3 and 4 BHK homes from about 1,630 to 3,110 sq ft in towers of around 23 floors, with open views across the township and amenities that include drip-irrigated landscaping and a nature walkway. On the plans we have seen, the balconies on the 3 BHKs run to roughly 300 sq ft, which is more outdoor space than most Gurugram flats at twice the price.
Because the society is new, most owners are planning their balcony for the first time rather than fixing an old one. That is the easy case: nothing to clear, no cracked pots, no habits. We plan the balcony as a room from the start, with a sitting side and a growing side, trays under everything, and plants chosen for the two facts of life here: fine dust from NH-24 and the construction around Aditya World City, and bore water that is harder than plants like.
Your space
Every plan starts with a free visit. These are the ideas we usually bring.
On a 300 sq ft balcony the layout is everything: a dining or lounge zone by the door, a growing zone on the sunny end, a green screen on the road side. We draw it before you buy a single pot.
Herbs, chillies, tomatoes, leafy greens and a lemon in deep troughs, with drip on a timer so it survives a week away in Meerut or Delhi.
Teak deck tiles, warm lights on a timer, a bench and a tall plant for privacy from the next tower. Where the day ends after the expressway commute.
Plants that last here
Road and construction dust is the daily reality here. Glossy foliage that rinses clean, a hedge of dense plants on the road side, and a hose-down on every Care visit.
Ghaziabad bore water leaves a white crust and slowly weakens fussy plants. We pick tolerant species, use a free-draining mix and flush the pots on visits.
An open site means full sun on the south and west balconies from March to October. Succulents, bougainvillea, adenium, grasses and a light screen; the ferns go on the north side.
Until the township fills in, nothing breaks the wind. Heavy planters, bendy plants and a screen at the windward end keep the sitting zone calm.
Society rules
A new society is still writing its rules, so we ask the builder's facility team or your emerging RWA before the visit. Our own standard is the same everywhere: no drilling, nothing hanging outside the railing, drip inside the planters, every planter on a tray.
What it costs
Starting prices include design, plants, planters and installation.
